1. Products & Prices

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping fees are shown before you confirm your order.
• We try to display product colours accurately, but slight differences may occur depending on your screen and lighting.
• Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice; your order is charged at the price shown when it is placed.

2. Orders & Confirmation

• An order is confirmed once a deposit or the full amount is paid. After you order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm it.
• Orders not confirmed within 30 minutes may be cancelled.
• We may cancel any order if the item is out of stock, mispriced or the details are incorrect; any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Payment Methods

• Online payment by card (Visa / Mastercard / Meeza) and e-wallets through a secure payment gateway.
• InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
• A deposit in advance, with the balance paid to the courier on delivery.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns/exchanges by our Refund & Exchange Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website for fake orders, false information or any use that harms the store or other customers. We may block any account or number that violates this.
