Browsing data: pages visited, products viewed and device type, to improve the website and your experience.
Traffic source: e.g. Facebook/Instagram ads or Google.

2. Payment Data

Card and e-wallet payments are processed through a secure, licensed payment gateway (Paymob). We never see or store your card details. All payment data is handled directly by the gateway under PCI-DSS security standards.

3. How We Use Your Data

To process, confirm and deliver your order and contact you about it (call or WhatsApp).
To handle refunds and exchanges.
To protect our store and customers from fake orders and fraud.
To send offers and notifications — you can opt out at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share what is necessary with: our courier (name, mobile and address to deliver your order), the payment gateway (to complete payment), and measurement/advertising tools such as Meta, in hashed form and only to measure ad performance.
