Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all governorates in Egypt through certified courier companies.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery takes 4–6 working days from order confirmation. Your order is prepared and handed to the courier after confirmation, and you receive a tracking number.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are clearly shown on the checkout page before you confirm, and vary by governorate.

4. Payment & Confirmation Before Shipping

Orders are shipped after confirmation with a deposit or full online payment. If you paid a deposit, the shipping label carries only the remaining balance, which you pay to the courier.

5. Delivery & Inspection

You may open and inspect your package on delivery while the courier is present. If you decide not to keep the order, you may refuse it and only the shipping fee is deducted, per our Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed or there is any issue, contact us and we will follow up with the courier immediately.

7. In-Store Pickup

You are also welcome to visit our store at Saraya Mall, Sheikh Zayed, and shop in person.
